We prepare facsimile personal and corporate tax returns and computations using specialised software which we can submit electronically to the Inland Revenue on the clients behalf.

Bookkeeping services

We offer a service whereby we will look after all your bookkeeping as well as preparing your annual accounts. We will also produce your VAT return.

Payroll services

We offer a fully computerised payroll bureau to remove clients from the time consuming burden of regularly complying with ever changing legislation. We can prepare payrolls on weekly or monthly basis, provide payslips and summaries where required and deal with the Inland Revenue on your behalf - in fact we cover all aspects of running a business payroll.

Company secretarial

We can assist a company in complying with its statutory reporting and filing requirements especially with regard to the completing and filing of the Annual Return and abbreviated accounts to Companies House. We can also assist in the formation of new limited companies.
